Get some fresh air and a fresh perspective...
Whether you have specific issues you could do with talking through or whether you're interested in picking up some tips for managing life, come along for an informal walk with us and get active as you enjoy the epic landscape of Rye Harbour.
You can park for free on Harbour Road, please note the car park gates are closed at 9pm. We will gather at the gated entrance to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve to talk an evening stroll to the beach by the Harbour Arm.
The ground is flat for this walk but we will cover some distance, so please wear appropriate footwear and bring some water.

⭐️ Carolyn Gould is the author of A Widow's Walk and creator of the popular local 'Walking for Wellbeing' facebook group.
A unexpected accident changed Carolyn's world instantly, and she lost her beloved husband, leaving her to pick up the pieces and face life as a single mum. Initially, she had no idea how she would cope as the emotions engulfed her every minute of the day, but in time, very slowly, she found her way through the loss, shock and despair, and found solace in several ways.
Inspiration led her to put pen to paper as part of her healing, and before long, her words began to create A Widow's Walk journal to help others in the same position cope.
Carolyn also runs the Walking for Wellbeing facebook group in which she shares her thoughts and beautiful photography to inspire us all to get outside in nature.

⭐️Mirelle Smith, Life & Mindset Coach
Mirelle is a trained coach, therapist and mentor offering confidence and mindset coaching, combined with cognitive behavioural therapy and law of attraction tools: a good combination of science + the universe. She specialises in helping women who are struggling with:
• Stress, anxiety and depression
• Low self-confidence and negative self-image
• Workplace stress and career self-doubt
• Moving forward or feeling stuck
Since making the decision to leave the corporate world and re-train as a coach, Mirelle has learned so much about herself and how amazing women are, despite how much we doubt and criticise ourselves! The power is within – we just need to believe that we’re worth having it.
Mirelle’s aim and absolute purpose in her coaching is to create a safe space where people feel supported, unjudged and valued on their journey to overcoming their doubts, fears and pain and becoming energised, renewed and truly unstoppable.
