We'd love for you to join us for a stroll to the beach, a led yoga and breathwork session, followed by a well-deserved cup of tea!

About Pranayama breathwork:

Living in today's chaotic world, challenging situations, or even mundane events such as running late for a meeting can send us straight into fight/ flight mode which changes our breathing patterns. All too quickly this becomes our default breathing pattern. Within as little as one full minute of conscious breathing, it is possible to completely clear the bloodstream of the stress hormone cortisol and bring the body into a calm state of being. Regular pranayama breathing will make a huge difference to your mental and physical well-being, bringing life- changing benefits!

You can park for free on Harbour Road. We will gather at the gated entrance to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve to talk an evening stroll to the beach by the Harbour Arm. Please remember to bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water!
